A comprehensive and holistic 12 hour Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Group Course over two full weekend days. The opportunity for you and your partner to learn the skills and mindset tools to prepare for a calm, relaxed and positive birth. Spots limited to EIGHT couples only.

About The Course
Our group courses provide empowering positive birth education for you and your partner in the lead up to your birth.
You and your birth partner will be given the knowledge, tools and support to help prepare you to birth supported and confidently. Some topics we cover include:
- Creating and maintaining a positive mindset for birth
- How the brain is wired to birth
- The role of hormones in birth
- How your uterus and cervix works WITH you
- How to release fear and negative thoughts regarding birth
- How to use relaxation techniques including breathing, affirmations, visualisations, acupressure, meditation and self-hypnosis
- How your birth partner can support you during pregnancy and birth
- How to use movement in pregnancy and during labour
- Diet and Exercise
- Birth preferences
- What to do in special circumstances ….AND SO MUCH MORE!
We recommend beginning your positive birth education anywhere between 22 and 36 weeks. This is only a recommendation and as with everything in your birth, it is your choice as to when you feel is the right time for you.
*The total cost of the course is $555 per couple
*On booking , please purchase ONE (1) Ticket only per couple, you will leave a $155 deposit to secure your place in the course, the remaining $400 course fee will be invoiced to you and payable a week before your class starting date.

SELECT ONE (1) TICKET ONLY PER COUPLE. The total course fee is $555 per couple. A non-refundable $155 deposit is required to secure your spot on the course. The $400 balance is due 1 week prior to the course starting. You will be sent a reminder email and invoice. Thankyou for your booking!
