Central Coast Hypnobirth Group Course for Homebirthing Families

This is your unique opportunity to take the Hypnobirthing Australia Course tailored specifically for your homebirth preparation in the company of other families choosing to give birth at home.

Our group courses provide empowering positive birth education for you and your partner in the lead up to your birth.

You and your birth partner will be given the knowledge, tools and support to help prepare you to birth supported and confidently.

Some topics we cover include:

• Creating and maintaining a positive mindset for birth
• Understanding how the brain is wired to birth
• The role of your innate hormones in birth
• How your uterus and cervix works WITH you
• How to release fear and negative thoughts or conditioned beliefs regarding birth /outside fears often projected towards homebirthing.
• Understanding the spiritual dimensions of your pregnancy and birth and birth as a rite of passage.
• Bonding with your baby and building a strong birth circle and community in the lead up to your homebirth
• How to use relaxation techniques including breathing, affirmations, visualisations, acupressure, meditation and self-hypnosis
• How your birth partner can support you during pregnancy and birth
• How to use movement , rhythm and sound in your pregnancy and during labour
• Diet and Exercise
• Birth preferences for your caregivers
• What to do in special circumstances ….AND SO MUCH MORE!

We recommend beginning your positive birth education anywhere between 24 and 36 weeks. This is only a recommendation and as with everything in your birth, it is your choice as to when you feel is the right time for you.

*The total cost of the course is $555 per couple

*On booking , please purchase ONE (1) Ticket only per couple, you will leave a $155 deposit to secure your place in the course, the remaining $400 course fee will be invoiced to you and payable a week before your class starting date.
